Troop 197 will not publish the picture of any
boy on the Troop’s website without prior written consent of the parent or guardian.
We will be following the guidelines set forth by the Northern Star council for a Troop
website. You may view these guidelines at http://www.indianhead.org/resources/webmaster.asp.
I grant permission to Troop 197 to publish pictures of my son, ____________________, participating in Troop activities, on the Troop website. http://troop197.nsbsa.org
I understand that group pictures, where individuals are not readily identifiable do not need this permission form.
